These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Dot.Ehail and any connected Dot Ecosystem platform you sign in to through it. Dot.Ehail is operated by BluePin Inc ("BluePin", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using Dot.Ehail, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You need an account to use Dot.Ehail as a rider, driver, or operator. You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens under your account.

2. Ecosystem single sign-on

Your Dot Ecosystem account is also your identity on Dot.Ehail. Signing in through a connected platform issues a short-lived, single-use token that confirms who you are, without you re-entering your password.

3. Operators, drivers, and riders

Dot.Ehail lets an operator run a branded e-hailing business — onboard drivers, register vehicles, dispatch ride requests, track trips, settle fares, and collect ratings. Operators are responsible for verifying their drivers and vehicles meet applicable legal requirements (licensing, insurance, roadworthiness). Drivers are responsible for the safe and lawful operation of their vehicle. Riders are responsible for providing accurate pickup information and behaving safely and respectfully during a trip.

4. Fares and settlement

Fares are calculated and settled according to the operator's configured pricing. Dot.Ehail facilitates dispatch, tracking, and settlement — the underlying transportation service is provided by the operator and driver, not by BluePin directly.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• provide false information when onboarding as a driver or operator;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to Dot.Ehail, another user's account, or any connected platform;
• interfere with or disrupt Dot.Ehail's infrastructure, dispatch system, or the ecosystem sign-on system; or
• use Dot.Ehail for any unlawful purpose.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Dot.Ehail available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Dot.Ehail is a dispatch, tracking, and settlement platform — the actual transportation service is provided by independent operators and drivers, not by BluePin. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BluePin is not liable for the conduct of operators, drivers, or riders, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from a trip or your use of Dot.Ehail.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, or if we reasonably believe your account poses a safety or security risk to Dot.Ehail, the Dot Ecosystem, or other users.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll change the "Last updated" date above when we do, and for material changes we'll take reasonable steps to let you know before they take effect.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
